Fantasy just declared war on reality. Alyss, better know as Alice in Lewis Carolls 'Alice In Wonderland' and 'Through the Looking Glass' is ashamed of what was put into the book. Honestly, that wasn't the truth. The queen of hearts never would tell her heir, Alyss, "off with her head!" what mother would?

A girl, in love, but taken away when her aunt Redd decides to take over the palace of wondtropolis, also know as wonderland. Alyss, after watching the slaughter of her mother, the queen of hearts, she takes a dive into the pool of tears. Only to whined up in London. Her birthday dress was the only clothes on her back.

All are welcome in wonderland
'Till the queen screams off with your head
And life will always get twisted
When you're living it through the looking glass

Then you have Hatter Madigan, a top hat wearing, wrist blade wielding, someone you wouldn't want to get on the bad side of. His top hat, most discussed topic of him in the book, contains, when thrown the right way, and S-shaped blade. He served the queen of hearts before her murder.

There's a that cat smiles like
The crescent moon
And the caterpillar that needs a light
On top of his mushroom

Attempting to fulfill his majesty orders, Hatter Madigan takes a dive through the pool of tears as well. Ending up in France. Now, I won’t say if he finds her that would be a waste of a blog and giving the book away. His dreams to find her, well, you decide.

Bitwit Harte, Alyss's tutor. He taught her how to be a queen, to use imagination for the good of the people, also know as white magic. He forms a group of wonderlanders that don't like 'Queen' Redd on the throne. This group is called the 'Alyssians'. They formed in hopes that Alyss will, in fact, do the unthinkable to return back to Wondtropolis to save them from black magic.

I wont give away any of the book, and I wouldn't recommend it to novice readers. This is a book for readers who can free their mind of the normal. People who have imagination, who can get into a book. There is a sequel to the book called, Seeing Redd. I'd tell you why it's called that, but it would make me have to tell you the ending of the book. I loved this book and almost couldn't put it down.
